I have a 06 6 speed, it wont go into any gear while running. But will shift fine while the engine is off. If I put it into gear while off then start I can get it rolling but shifts hard, but when I get to a stop it wont shift into 1st. When I start it in reverse it wont come out of gear while running. Help...

 

Your clutch isn't disengaging - check the hydraulics.

 

Most likely its either the clutch master cylinder or the slave cylinder. Might want to check to see if they are leaking.
