Default Rear creaking/clunkking/worn out noise when braking (videos provided)

I am experiencing a clunking/creaking loud noise from what I believe in the area of my rear right wheel when I brake. It only occurs up to a threshold, That is if I am braking softly you can hear the clunking/creaking but if I brake harder no sound at all just stopping (like slamming on my brakes though). I have looked through the forms and seen many similar problems, but I cannot clarify which ones is relevant to mean because everyone uses the same terms to describe their problem and their no videos to distinguish sounds. So, I have video showing the sound and another showing what may be a solution, But I am not sure if it's the actual problem so I want to confirm first with other members.

Sounds

Possible Fix/ Explanation

Please tell me, did that second video show the actual problem? Did that fix it?
