Default HELP! windows are messing up and my interior is getting wey

I have an 03 z and i went in today to go to work. Well when i put the key into the ignition and turned it both windows lowered a bit the drivers by about a inch and the passenger by about a 1/2 inch. The auto down and up work fine but both windows do not fully go up. They both stop at that inch and half inch mark. Please help im new to z's and have never had this problem with other cars.

ok so i replaced the motor and reset it and works perfect now on the drivers side...the one problem now is that once I fixed the driver sided motor and reset it now the passenger side is unresponsive. I press the button on both the driver and passenger switch for the passenger window and there is no response from the window motor but motor still works because when i open and close the door for the passenger side the window still goes down and up to seal the window when you get it so it wont hit the roof. Any ideas what might be wrong im stuck?

Have you checked to see if the window lock button is pressed down?

^^ Great catch. I'll bet it is the window lock. --Spike
