Gears Grinding: Need CD009 or replace fluid?

So I noticed when i shift to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc. the gears will grind. I thought it was my driving but I had an hour of driving to rule out that theory (the clutch is down to the floor). The grinding goes away when I lower the RPM and shift later.
Here are some things about the car:
-It's a 2003 350z touring
-Engine replaced with a used engine (around 50k miles) last month
-New JWT clutch/flywheel
-Transmission fluid was replaced with Redline MT90 when the engine was being replaced
*When I received my car back after replacing the engine, I noticed changing to 5th gear is slightly different (a little bit stiffer) than before, but it wasn't a big deal. No grinding issues.
I did some research but I am not sure if I need to install the CD009 transmission since it's all of the gears. I'm thinking of just flushing out the transmission fluid and see if that works out.
Thanks!

Check the hydraulics first. Clutch pedal being fully depressed doesn't necessarily mean the clutch is fully disengaging. If you didn't have the gear grinding issue a month ago, your synchro's didn't wear that quickly, especially in every gear. Check the hydraulics. I'd also check the oil level in the gearbox.
I came across your thread about the gear grinding issue. DId you find the solution for this? If so, let me know please. I have the same problem. I changed my tranny to CD009 but the issue is still the same as my old tranny. Thx.
I'd be inclined to believe K51. It's odd that all gears would grind and, more importantly, they would all start grinding at the same time. As I understand it, typical symptoms of failing "Z" trannies was a problem shifting from 5 to 6, not all the gears. However, a bad clutch master or slave cylinder would produce in all gears as you describe.
