MN winter, dead red top battery, trickle charged up to workable levels, 2005 base btw

So, long story short...had friend"who knows what he is doing" installed amp, spliced into existing factory wires from amp.

Speakers are fine-however, Power to drivers door and window works, but locks, mirrors, and passenger side has no power to anything!?

Long shot,bc you folks werent around splicing and soldering,but wtf am I missing here?
Is there some reset,anti-theft,etc.

I obv have not fully reconnected center column,guage pod, or AC units bc I assume these problems are unrelated to those being plugged in.
Hate electrical ****, but the blown speaker wouldve been better than this,lol.
