Unhappy Z shakes!

Hi guys my Z recently will suddenly jump for a sec at stop light while I was either pressing the brake or put it in park. Also when I do reverse it will suddenly shake (like jump for a sec) then back to normal. Is it a sypthoms of a dying spark plug or coil??? What could it be? I replaced both camshaft sensors and the crank sensors not long ago! And I replaced five new coil pads also! Help would be appreciate!

why did you only replace 5 of the 6 coil packs?

It could be a million things.

I replaced all sixed of them brand new but still found that cylinder #6 mis-fire! So replaced a new coil pads harness and used an old working coil pad then no more mis-fire! Now no idea if it is the coil or maybe Spark plugs or what? I remember I change spark plugs like 10,000 km ago... I thought spark plugs last more than that??? Any idea?
