Default Help with Primary Maintenance

Came across a couple hundred bucks. I want to take care of some long overdue maintenance for '06 Z. I've basically gotten my oil changed as scheduled but haven't done anything else. the car is about 80k now.

Can someone give me an idea about absolute items that need to be taken care of at this point.

Thanks.

Edit: I should probably mention that I have some strange rattling when I depress the clutch that is NOT basic flywheel chatter, I know what that sounds like because I had a lightened flywheel 11lbs on my GTI. The sound is louder and I don't notice it when my window is up but when I put in down and depress the clutch, it makes a loud rapid rattle type sound.

Belts? Transmission flush etc..

I just got the trans and diff fluids replaces with amsoil gl4 (trans) and gl5 (diff) along with new clutch fluid and of course new synth amsoil 5w30 and she runs like new again (06 6mt base) I replaced my belts at 68k (now 74) as there were a few cracks but no squeaking. The new diff and trans oil though made a huge difference.

I thought I had a problem with my clutch as it engaged about 1/4 of the way pressed down and It was very hard to shift smoothly, now it feels just like It did at 28k when i bought it and fully engaged at 3/4 the way down. The fluid change was one of the best things I have done for this car so far.

(holding off on break fluid as I am waiting for taxes for stainless steel lines)
