Unhappy Car jerking after gets hot

My car has been acting really weird after i had another 350z motor put in. When the cars gets warm and i run it pretty hard in every gear the car jerks really bad. The more i press the gas the more it jerks. Then if i fully press the gas the rpms just completly drop to about 1-2 rpm then it goes back up to about 4 and does the same thing. I have no idea what it could be, im done research and still have no clue. I heard from the TPS, to camshaft sensor, to Exhaust valves. Any ideas what much appreciated. Also a guy at advanced auto parts told me to run a OBD2II datastream scanner and run the car but idk what that stuff is.

When you have no tech skills, it's time to take it to the dealer or a mechanic that deals with vq35 motors!

OBDII scanner is what dealers hook up to your car to see what error codes it throws, you need to do this to figure out what part of the car was jacked up when you installed your engine. From what it sounds like it seems like your engine throttle shuts down after you stomp on it, i have two things it could be, fuel pump, or you jacked up your ecu which is a far possibility

thank you to both of you. I really appreciate the input. I need to switch mechanics then but mine keeps saying no codes are being thrown or knows what it could be. A friend told me a could be MAF so i cleaned my MAF with the cleaner and still there, no i know it could be messed up also. Im really leaning towards the throttle. I had a feeling about the pump being the issue too.
