Have any of you relocated your oil filter? If so where is the safest point to place the filter (ie height relative to stock location)?

Since my SFR turbo kit requires me to remove charge piping just to change my oil filter i decided to relocate with while installing my oil cooler. I just purchased a earls oil cooler along with a filter relocation setup. I was planning on mounting it in the engine bay for easy access but i am unsure as to wether this will cause any issues with initial oil pressure or oil volume upon start up. Any help would be appreciated.
