Default Car dies on the highway!

Hello, whenever i am on the highway going about 70 and shift my car in to neutral or put the clutch in the car dies. I can go about 80 when the AC is on but still the same happens. I have no clue what it could be. My check engine light comes on and off for Bank 2 Cat below threshold. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any mods?

I have heard of this issue before with people that have intakes.

If all stock my guess is the 02 sensor is going or gone. That sensor reads the air/fuel and adjusts accordingly. So if you are getting that CEL and the car is stalling, maybe it is time to change the sensor.

Yes I have a intake installed on it. But why would that cause it to stall if the air is regulated by the throttle body?

Yes that is correct.. I have a pop charger and it damn near scared me when throwing it in neutral at around 80 approaching a corner.

Did you reset your ecu after installing that intake especially if you had disconnected the MAF sensor?

I reset the ecu multiple times. Did that fix the problem with your pop charger?

Why would you put the car in neutral when approaching a corner at 80 mph? The car is much more controllable with the car in gear.

Not a steep corner.. Just a slight bend at the end of a bridge where a stop light eventually comes up.. Had ample time.. I usually just coast down to the slight..But having a car shut off and you lose power steering at any speed would be a bit nerve racking.

And maybe that time i was down to 50-60
