Default Thumping sound from rear and play in wheel.

My car is making a thumping sound from the rear that increases with speed. I was suspecting a tire going bad but the weird thing is when you make even the smallest turn it goes away.

So going 30mph "Thump Thump Thump" turn into corner without slowing down and it gets completely quiet, direction doesnt matter and only the slightest turn of the wheel makes it go away.

1. jacked up the car and spun the rear wheels manually and no noise.

2. Swapped my OEM 17s on the rear, drove car and still thumping.

as I was putting my summer wheels back on I notice some play on the rear driver side wheel I can move it in and out a bit while the rear passenger side wont budge even a bit.

Whats that?

So looks like it is the wheel bearing. I did the fronts on my own a few years ago. Do the rears come as an assembly that you bolt on like the front? Of do you have to remove and press them in?

I had to have my bearing pressed at a shop, I think they sell it as one piece

Same here. Honda has super weak wheel bearings and hubs.

As everybody else said, wheel bearing.
