Major RPM drop after ECU reset? Video
2003 AT Touring
Sup guys. I figured I would do an ECU reset after everyone telling me I need 2 reset after putting on a new bolt on mod. After installing last Thursday the car has been running nice and smooth enjoying my new exhaust. I went from Stock to HKS exhaust without doing a ECU reset since last week. I decided today to do the ECU restart. I disconnected the battery for an hour then pumped the breaks to drain whatever was left. So after the reset I have a loss in RPM after letting off the gas. The rpm drops and i feel a slight shake under the car. The feeling feels almost exactly when you hold your finger on the window for too long almost like a battery surge. There's the video I took of the issue.

also i only removed the battery for an hour. It wasn't doing this before?!?
