Took to dealership said pressure tested fine. But 3 days latter overheated again. I had bad fans fixed those. I installed z1 motorsports silicone hoses.
I used the spill free funnel to bleed and this time the water level in the funnel rose by like 2-3 inches what would cause the level in the funnel to go up rather than flow normally?
Now after shutting down the level went back to where it was originally

Next time you run it, feel your coolant return hose. The big z shaped hose that goes from the engine to the bottom of the radiator. If that hose is cold or not as hot as the rest then it's your thermostat. I just replaced mine last week.
Mine did the same when I changed my radiator, fans and hoses. It originally was just gonna be the fans, but I pulled the upper radiator hose during inspection and noticed the neck literally crumbled, so I found an aftermarket aluminum one for cheap. I had filled the funnel about half way, and as I reved it, I noticed it started spilling out of the funnel. Also, when I was using the funnel, I noticed the funnel adapter caps didn't fit the Mishimoto radiator perfectly, so I just filled it up and closed it.
I started the car, held the rev's around 2,500 for a minute, went to the bleeder screw (Just inside the firewall on the heater hose) and unscrewed it ALMOST completely, closed it back, then went back to reving it to 2,500. When I went back for the 2nd time, a tiny bit of coolant came out, so I closed it. All is well.
FYI, my lower hose didn't start getting warm till about 20 min after first starting the car. I was worried for a while but it took a while for the coolant to finally circulate.
Hope you get/got it resolved.
