On this 350z im looking to buy tomorrow it has harden like brake dust on the back driver's side wheel. All the other wheels look normal and are clean. Its more like globs of something and you really have to use a blade to scratch it off. Im not really sure if it is even brake dust. The owner put new brake pads and rotors on the 9 mos. ago.What is it and should i be concerned about it??

 

Your question must be rhetorical because no one could possibly give you an answer based on the information provided. Why don't you post a picture of this dirty wheel? That might give us a clue.
