Default Possible tire rod problem

Hey all. So my 03 Z has been handling a little strange and if I could fix it myself that would be a plus. So basically the problem I am having is whenever I am going very slow (2-3 mph) my steering wheel will jerk slightly but forcefully to the right. When I am going average highway speeds the steering wheel constantly shakes more than it should. I'm stumped as far as I can guess is my tire rods are going bad. Has anyone had this trouble before?
