Default Series Of Issues With My Z, Anyone Care To Help?

Sup guys so ive been having some issues with the Z, im guessing nothing major so i want to just ask here to get some answers, ive searched over this forum and other forums and still havent got any answers to my questions so id truly appreciate if anyone can give me some help!

1)Ever since i changed my rear abs sensor my speedo only reads half of the speed im actually going, so if im going 60 itll tell me im going 30, it was a brand new abs sensor and my abs light didnt even turn off when i replaced it. I changed the abs pump about a year ago also, so every time i turn my car on and drive passed 5mph the abs pump buzzes for about 3 seconds then stops and the abs/brake light come on and stay on. So thats when i noticed the speed being way off, i dont know if it was a faulty abs sensor or just a coincidence that it happened during the same time. I put back the old abs sensor and it still reads half of the speed, but before i had changed the abs sensor in the first place it always read the correct speed. So im wondering what it is?

2)When in neautral my car makes a weird screeching noise, clutch, flywheel and throwout bearing are not even a year old so idk what it could be, but it only does it sometimes but goes away when i engage the clutch...i read something about the throwout bearing going bad but i dont know if thats what it is.

3)I got a cel last night and i got the code p1283 which i googled and it seems to be the o2/af sensor? which one do i have to replace i believe theres two, and where are they located?

any help will be extremely appreciated, i like to fix the issues on my car as soon as they occur so want to get this done so i dont drive around like this

I don't know about the speedo and all that, but p1283 is bank 2 sensor, I think bank 2 is Driver Side.
There are 2 sensors per side, before and after cat. Usually it specifies Bank 1 Sensor 1 or Bank 1 Sensor 2, if you can figure out which one bank 1 sensor 1 would be up on the exhaust manifold on the driver side, bank 1 sensor 2 would be further down the exhaust plumbing by the cat converter on the driver side.

Both sensors are accessible from underneath, car lift is ideal. The one on the cat converter(sensor2) is very easy to see and easy to reach, the one on the manifold(sensor1) you can spot if you follow the pipe up and look for the sensor sticking out of the pipe, I can't remember if I had to bend a wrench or not but I was able to swap it without too much trouble.

Good Luck.

regarding #2, I can't say for sure if it's your throwout bearing but it IS related to your clutch assembly. It is most LIKELY the throwout bearing. Given that the sound goes away when you depress the clutch, I'd bank my money on it. I had this problem and researched it to hell on my Celica in high school.
It's not necessarily damaging but chances are it is. And chances are whoever did the clutch didn't do it right or the throwout bearing was junk. I'd always use OEM bearings.

Since it's been less than 1 year, I'd get it replaced under warranty from whoever did the job if you can. if not gotta live with it.

Since you had it replaced I'm guessing they messed up when installing.. take it back to them asap

When you find out what o2 sensor it is, depending on how many miles your Z has and if they've been replaced before or not that sob can be seated and a ***** to get out. I recommend driving it and as soon as you get home while its still hot go to work on it, and if that's not enough heat it up nice and hot with a torch. It'll make it a lot easier. Just my 2c if you've never done an o2 sensor before. I spent about 5 days total on getting the o2 out of my jeep finally gave up and took it to my mechanic and let him deal with it.
