Advice for Lemon Law case?
Well I talked to my Lawyer and he nows says that I am able to pursue Lemon Law even though I bought my car used. I have taken my car in 3 times to Nissan so far with nothing fixed, no tires replaced, just alignments or balancing or swapping of the front tires. My state, Illinois, says I have to take it in 4 times. Should I just take it to another dealer to have them tell me the same thing, just so I have the 4? Also, does the 4 count for just one fix, because I am also taking my in to fix those damn windows that were fixed before and now are creating alot of wind noise.
Another thing is that I took it to Bridgestone to get there opinion, they said it was tire cupping, and that they could not replace them because it was not regular wear, but never wrote anything about it on the reciept I got from them.
In the end, I do not know if I should go through all this with a lawyer, or call Nissan and tell them I am planning to do this, all I want is f'n replacement tires, is that to much to ask, from Nissan, im guessing it is...
