Lol nobody was doing construction, two exits were closed (unfortunately the two I needed) via closing the right lane off. Nobody was doing construction. And yes I agree, there's a ton if construction in so cal all the time. None this night tho.

If there was active construction going on I wouldn't be going that fast, believe me. I'm not an idiot lol.

dude, why would they be liable? you are hitting a stationary object that is designed to fence off traffic. enough said.
