Exclamation Knocking noise

Finally I got the rear cambers adjusted and the whole car was aligned best as possible. The whole passenger side is way off. When I drive it now if I hit a small bump I hear a knock. The same thing occurs when I brake. A buddy of mine said it is due to all of my front end control arm bushings being blown. Is this the problem causing the knock and it being troublesome to align? And will new bushings help the car to be aligned better? Thanks for your help everyone!

List all the modifications you've done to your car, year, mileage.

2004 touring approx. 65k . As of modifications I have : 4.08 final drive gears, kinetix velocity manifold, full injen cold air kntake, hotchkis sway bars, okebono big brakes in the front, short throw, hks exhaust from the headers back, eibach springs, test pipes, due to my accident the car has brand new kyb shocks all around, all brand new endlinks, brand new kinetix rear camber arms, and that's pretty much it for mechanical mods.

My guess is wheel bearing. Jack the car up and grab the wheel and lift/push/pull it up down and around to see if there is free play.

I myself thought wheel bearing or ball joint, I jacked it up and gave it my all and there is no play. I took it to a shop to confirm and they put it on the lift and test drove it. They're hypothesis is blown out control arm bushings, but I don't see those making a knocking sound but I could be wrong.
