Default Car doesn't Turn Over

Today I went out to run errands and my 2003 AT bone stock 350 will not start. It is my dd and i drove it in the last 24 hours with no problems. When I tried to start it the car turned over for a second and stopped. Now the car won't turn over and when I turn the key to start it all the instruments shut off but come back on when i release the key to on position.

The fuel pump does work because i can hear it just fine. I'm not sure if the starter is bad or the crank sensor but it doesn't explain the gauges shutting off. I'm gonna check the fuses here in a second but wanted to get this up to get opinions. Please help if you have an idea.

Dead/Worn-Out battery?

If your charging system component (alternator) checks-out as OK (pull the codes), replace the battery.

Checked the fuses and all are good. Alternator good and so is battery. I have a battery booster/charger that I put on battery just in case and made no difference.

Tried to use Matco coded scanner and it won't link up. The read failed a couple times and never would connect.

Thursday night i cleaned the throttle body with carb/throttle body cleaner with the help of a buddy but it ran just fine on Friday. I don't know if that affects it maybe got some on a sensor that is now not working but would have thought that would have evap by now.

No sure where to go from here. Maybe it's something electrical in the dash

Had a similar situation happened to me. Turned out to be a faulty IPDM. Cost me an arm and leg to replace but it solved the issue once done.
