clutch sticks halfway then pops out

I drive a 06 and this just started happening. .. When I shift the clutch will stick about 3 quarters of the way out and then it will pop fully out a little bit after any ideas?

I have an 03 and this is happening to me as well. First when I happened last year, I re-bled the lines again and replaced the fluid and it gone away. But now, it is back so I think it is more than air in the fluid.

Does anyone know how big/costly of a project this is?
