Saw this today while changing the oil. Image is on the drivers side and to the left is the front of the car. Any ideas of what's exactly causing it, what needs to be replaced and how much will this cost and is it worth it?

This forum has been very helpful with most common z issues but I'm lost on what to do with this.

Upper oil pan leak, very common on the VQ. Not mentioned much on here, but if have a few friends that work at Nissan dealers.
