Exclamation EGT high temperature question

Good morning everyone, this morning coming to work my EGT (exhaust temp gauge) read around 1600-1800.... (its typically 800-1200) is the car driveable and what do any of you folks think the issue could possibly be? what damage could have been caused? i'm sorry i'm on mobile, can't get on forums at my work. and yes i used the search function regarding this question! Any help would be greatly appreciated...

yes, Wide band is in the downpipe
