Default Changed valve cover now car won't stay running.

Yesterday I replaced the drivers side valve cover after destroying the threds for my coil on the old one. Like an idiot I didn't remove the negative terminal and disconnected the throttle body plug when i removed it. Now the cars all buttoned up and starts then dies 2 sec later. I tried the relearns and left the negative terminal off over night not sure if i should have waited the full 24 hours. All hoses and connectors are tight. Any help would be greatly appreciated since this is my daily driver and i need my car to get to work. Thanks in advance.

I really doubt that's electrically related. Check all vacuum hoses and intake manifold seals.

did you knock the cam sensor connectors loose?

TB shouldnt be an issue.........its only a set of pots and 2 motors. I have completely disassembled mine without issue.

As tcode said I would check to make sure you have no vacuum leaks anywhere.

Trust me, I have done jobs like this and have a problem and am so sure I reinstalled everything right, then I find a part I missed or something I knocked loose.

The intake manifold seals were good checked as I was reinstalling it. Everything that was unplugged was reconnected tight and only hose that was disconnected was water and the one to the intake tube. Gonna get a scanner in a few to see what code its giving me.

Ok just checked the codes nuthin thrown except abs abnormal battery voltage c1109. Nuthing to do with my problem. I checked the bolts on the upper manifold and was able to turn them all even though I used a torque wrench and did it in the order i was supposed to. Which means that the bolts on the lower might not be tight enough. Could this be the problem?
