Exclamation Rear end issues!

So this other day I was leaving work all was fine. Mid turn the whole rear end starts hopping almost like driving with a welded diff which I don't have. I have 4.08 gears in it and I have never had a problem. Now the car will move front and back but turning is next to impossible. I have a few ideas of what it could be but confirmation would help greatly before I start dishing out money. All help is much appreciated!! Thanks

Stock diff? Is it a stock lsd or clutch type? Got oil in it? try jacking it up and moving things around.

It has a stock vlsd with upgraded gearing. I've been working so much I haven't had time to jack it up. What would I be looking for specifically when I do this?

It was installed perfect as I know of. The car has ran fine since they were installed in 2010.

Jack up one side at a time and turn the wheel. It should turn hard, but smoothly. If it doesn't turn or turns part way then locks up, you may have a diff issue. Make sure the car is in gear when you check the diff.
