Default Fuel gauge struggle

First time posting here, not first time dealing with these cars. I have an 03 350z, an 05 g35, a vq35 swapped s13 coupe, and am in the process of working out a vq35 swapped miata.

Anyway, I'm stumped on something seemingly so simple and it's driving me bonkers. On the z, the gas gauge has been very inaccurate the past year or so I finally got around to doing the level sensor cleaning DIY. I got done and it was rather easy and straight forward, but now the gauge and the dte won't read at all. The gauge is stuck at empty and the dte is stuck on -----

Anybody encounter this? I've gotten rather frustrated haha

Thanks guys

Hmmm mine seems to be inaccurate after I pass 1/4th of a tank. Perhaps the level sensor is just bad? That's all I can think of. Somehow it is not raising to show the correct amount..

I know that's very common in the z.

Mine did that for a day or so after I cleaned it , then started working. Still sucked when it started working again.

All resistance based sensors - check the readings. Get new sensors as needed (not sure if can be purchased on driver's side independent of whole new basket).

I will have to do that when I get to work. My dmm is there. Anyone have any diagrams of which pin is what on each sender connector?

It just baffles me that it would kind of work and then get unplugged and plugged back in and read nothing at all. Drives me absolutely nuts haha
