took my car to the shop and they checked every component of my ac and says nothings wrong, they swapped a bunch of parts just to test it but ac wont turn on, they said possibly theres something located by the battery that could cause the ac to not be working and an irradic idle, i forgot the name of the part they sai dbut does anyone know what they may be talking about?

Then call the shop and ask them for the name of the part again.

 

AC amplifier? That can cause starting problems.
