Default 350z window leak. Advice?

Hey everyone,

I have a small leak on my driver side window. The leak is coming from the top of the window where the glass meets the rubber strip. I believe the leak is caused by a tiny gap between the glass and rubber strip. The leak only happens there.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Below is a picture of where the leak is.

Does the window push-up after closing the door?

Have you messed with any of the bolts that hold the window in recently?

On mine it appears to be from an old weather strip, there's no way I could adjust it out. I don't really care though since it's only a drip whenever I go to the car wash.

I had the same problem after getting the windhshield replaced. I pulled the weather stripping out, and put some rubber weather stripping from another application inside it, making it more rigid. It didn't completely fix it, but it's a lot better that what it was. It only leaks now when I hit it directly with the pressure washer.

Is your rear-view mirror loose? They tend to get that way over time since Nissan didn't see fit to put Loctite on the bolts. If it is, you'll need to remove the door trim and then the mirror trim, remove the three bolts that hold the mirror on, add blue Loctite and then re-bolt. That'll get the leak to stop (it did for me, anyway).
