engine stalls when clutch disengaged. idle not smooth
MD = Managing Director. If you can get the name of this guy and write directly to him explaining your exact problem you have a better chance of him sending it directly to the relevant person to deal with it. If you write Dear MD, chances are it will end up in the bin/shredder.

ok well a local auto shop checked the oil had a very shiny silver tint. it wasn't magnetic so they thought it might be aluminum. the oil was very contaminated..
i felt the power loss get progressively worse driving from mechanic to mechanic. there is no knocking noise so were just replacing the oil and now im stuck with a g35 thats slower than a prius

Looks like a cam is eating into a head somewhere. I would suggest having the heads done/replaced before you ruin the lower end.....I can't think of where any aluminum would be coming from in the lower end.
