Default Sound Coming From Rear Side

Hi all,

There is a noise coming from the rear side of the car. i put the sound file, if you use headphones in loud volume, you can hear this noise. I m not sure if it is wheel bearings or differential, but i m sure someone here can definetly tell me whats wrong...

this noise starting from 2nd second, and 5th second you can hear very clear.

Car also has exhaust problem, there is a noise coming similar Turbo sound, i will be apriciate if you guys help me about this problem as well.

you can listen from this link as well, as i said from 2nd second to 6 th second you can hear the noise most clear.

if its wheel bearings, put the car up very securely on jack stands or a lift and have someone sit in the car and get the wheel speed up. Feel the a-arm(sorry, I don't know if that is what it is, or called, exactly) close to the wheel and see if it is vibrating....that will be a sure sign of a bad wheel bearing.

also a wheel bearing sound will be consistent on different road surfaces
