Some ongoing issues I've had trouble diagnosing. Vehicle seems to be bogged down at lower rpms (under 2k) Poor gas mileage and some hesitation at start. Occasional fuel smell in cab, but not on a regular basis. Higher rpms, it seems to be ok. Tac bounces at lower rpms, as well. Idle at around 1500 rpm from a cold start. It maybe important to note, recently took it to the dealer because of oil in the spark plug wells, they changed the gaskets and it seemed fine following, but the issue returned (it was present before that) My guesses:

1) Vacuum leak
2) Fuel filter
3) Spark plugs (?)

Any help would be much appreciated, as this issue has been going on for some time.

 

One more thing, I added some Seafoam into the tank, which seemed to help the idle a bit, but issue overall, remains...

I noticed when in shirting into reverse (it's Auto) the tac bounces a bit under 1000 rpm, also it bounces when I let off the gas on city streets (45mph or under) and it slows down faster...

 

Any codes?

I'm hoping it's spark plugs, as I'm having them replaced this week.

 

Have the same exact issues as you, except the gas smell.. 2 Dealerships have diagnosed it a bad throttle bodies. No CEL either.. They already changed ECM and both MAF Sensors and same issue still...
My HR only has 32k miles you got lucky getting to 100k. Next step will be throttle bodies hopefully next week.
