hard time passing 4k rpms hesitant to pass 4k rpms after every gear

I have a 6spd 350z 2004 daytona blue 130k miles on it. The problem with my car is it wont accelerate normally it hesitates to do so. The abs lights come on every now and then and all my brake lights on the outside always stay on I need help ive checked brakes brake fluid etc

Check the switch on the brake pedal. Maybe it's stuck, and that keeps the brake lights on all the time and also keeps the ECU from letting the engine develop full power.
