Default Front Coolant Cross Hose/pipe

I had to remove remove my front coolant hose while doing some work in the engine bay. I capped it off and drove around like that for a while.

Long story short, will I reinstalling it introduce air in the system? I'd hate to bleed to system for one hose.

That is one of the top radiator hoses that goes from one side of the block to the other. You'll most likely need to refill the radiator when cool and bleed the system.

Why did you run it with this hose blocked off?

Sorry but you will have to bleed the system. I guess it would have been better to ask before removing since you stated that you hate bleeding. Too late my friend
