Default Advice for reviving a turbo Z that has sat for 2 years

Back story: Z belonged to a good friend and a member of the U.S. Air Force for most of its life span. Owner had added on the TN single turbo with haltech and successfully ran it for 2-3 years at 377 rwhp. Unfortunately he passed away in a motorcycle accident in July 2012 and the car has sat since in a parking stall. The car was parted slightly but the motor and kit has remained intact.

Present: Instead of watching a good friends car be placed into a salvage yard, I have taken ownership and have begun collecting the parts I need to get it on the road. I do want to hear some advice from people as to what care and areas I should focus on in order to bring his Z back to life. Since his passing, it has not been started nor has the fluids been changed since july 2012. I know a FULL fluid flush is in order but what else should I focus as well as keeping in mind that this does have a turbo in it. Any advice is appreciated, I have an idea of what needs to be done but I'd like to hear input from others as well, thanks!

Some people have asked why do this instead of finishing my Z up and I tell them that unlike my build, this build has meaning to me and is something I want to finish. A good friend wanted to finish his Z but ended up passing away ahead of his time, as such I'll pick up where he left off and finish his project in dedication to him and his parents who have given their consent for this restoration/dedication build

I'm sorry about your friend

I would turn the motor by hand once or twice first.
Then hold the pedal all the way down and crank it for about 10-20 seconds, this is "clear flood mode"....it will also help the oil to get circulating.
With a good code reader watch the live data as it warms up to at least 180°.
Shut it down and change the oil.

Hope you have a clean title in hand, because it'll make getting that airbag a little cheaper
