Default Car jerks 3-4K RPM doesn't happen every time.

Just doing some late night reading...
Well my car sometimes jerk around 3-4K RPM.
Can't seem to find the problem.
I replaced both Bank1 and Bank2 Camshaft sensors because the codes
were thrown. But now codes are gone...
Car still jerks at around 3-4K RPM...
Maybe vacuum leak? Compared my Engine with my cousins 06 350z and I didn't notice any different noise "Hissing or stuff like that"
What else could cause this? it's irritating! knowing something is wrong but you just don't know what it is... So point me some direction fellas!

Just changed my clutch and resurfaced flywheel. Replaced Master and Slave cylinder. Clutch feels pretty smooth. Idk if that has to do with this jerking thing... Car also starts up on a bit higher RPM than when it is warmed up.
