Default 03 z33 rpms bog/fluctuate/flutter

Hi Z family I've had my 350z for about two months now it now has 92xxx miles and just last week it got low on fuel due to my negligence and I felt it kinda jerk then knoticed the rpms go from around 2400-2700 then cack to normal (2800-2900 in 5th just cruising) it's done this several times now and today was quite the worste. 6th gear and relatively low rpms just cruising and it fluxed from 2300/2500. I've noticed it just happens when holding steady. Any thoughts?
Have not ran it for codes just yet, engine light is not on. Possible bad gas, fuel filter, or something else?

Run the codes. Probably camshaft position sensors, and maybe along with crankshaft position sensors.

It's an easy fix... just be sure to get the codes so you fix what needs fixing and not anything more.

Thanks I'll give that a shot after I change my plugs and clean throttle body today. I was also told it may be my Maf sensor? I kinda had a problem like that in my z32 but water had got into my intake.
