Both of the fans are malfunctioning on my 2007 350z. I know mishimoto makes a replacement shroud but it looks to be only for the 2003-2006 models with the DE motor. I saw GTM makes one for 700$ (no thanks). Are there any other options other than stock? or will the mishimoto fit on the HR radiator correctly? If I left out any other info needed to answer let me know.

OEM fans are the best.

Check your fan's relay first.

 

I have checked the relays, the fans are getting power (via a volt_ohm meter check) but the fans are not spinning.

 

Seems odd that both would quit at the same time. I'd try an alternate power source to make sure the motors are the real problem.

Be careful around the blades.

 

Ive done this. one fan will spin about 2 rpms with full voltage and the other fans low speed isnt working, so it waits until the motor is too hot and then kicks on. Ive never had the car over summer so one fan may have quit long ago and Im just realizing it. So noone has aftermarket fans on an HR stock radiator???
