Default Overheating, help

My 350 roadster has been in storage for over a month. When I went move it, the battery was low and I put it on a charger for a few minutes so I could start it. I did not remove the battery cables. I left it run in my driveway to charge the battery and can back 20 minutes later and it overheated. I let it cool overnight and started it again and watched the temp, It started to climb. I checked the fans and neither were running but the pass. side fan will spin slowly if you help it; the driver's side fan won't run. The fuses under the hood are both good. Also, I turned the heater up to the max and no hot air would come out.
