Default P0011 and p0021 after engine install

I just pulle the motor out of my 03 350z automatic to do the upper oil pan swap. Car ran fine prior to pulling the motor. I just put the motor in and it threw a bunch of codes. I've worked through them which included the crank pos sensor. But now it's still giving me both cam sensors. I've changed them both and no luck. I did swap out the water pump and timing tensioner while the motor was out. Is there anyway to tell if the timing is off now with pulling the front cover back off? Maybe it jumped a tooth when i swapped out the tensioner and pump. I erased the codes after replacing both sensors. Revved it and let it run for about 10-15 min. No codes. Shut the car off for 20 sec and codes came back. I did search on here but most were either boosted cars or never replied with what actually fixed the problem. Or it was a clutch issue which I don't have since I'm automatic. Thanks for any help.
