I recently bought a 350z (6months) and have been working on it. Today I was installing some speakers and ran then through the center console(shifter back). I unplugged the connector that was for the hazards and the large main one. Now everything is back together. I did absolutely no splicing and didn't touch any other wiring that was original to the car. The passenger window now will not roll up or down from the use of either switches on the door, but will work with the key turning in the door trick. Also the auto Rolling up and down of the Windows when you open them dormant work for either door. Any suggestions?

 

It sounds like you need to reset the window motor...

There is a DIY on here but I can't find it offhand.
