Default 05 350Z Shaking When Accelerating

I'm trying to get some advice on a problem I had recently with my 350Z. I did some google searching and came up with a few things but wanted to run it through the forum to see if I can get any additional advice.

The other day I took about a 45 minute cruise and my car ran fine, on the way back though when I would try and accelerate it would start shaking pretty hard and stop accelerating. I'd have to let off the gas and accelerate really slowly to just maintain 65 MPH. It didn't happen at any specific RPM or MPH just when I accelerated harder than normal (As it did it off the highway also). After googling, it sounds like some people have seen this in other vehicles and said to check your spark plugs/coil packs or look for a vacuum leak.

I drove the car today after looking under the hood for any obvious disconnects to see if it continued and the car ran fine. I pushed it pretty hard a few times to check and no problems. Based on this, I think I can rule out a vacuum line because it wouldn't just fix itself. I think it may have been an electrical glitch or something is starting to go bad, either my coil packs or plugs. Car is an 05 but only has 31K on it, only mods are Magnaflow Exhaust, AEM Intake, TB Spacer but have had no issues since installing them over the winter. Any advice will help, thanks.
