yea, leakdown for sure ... if you can't do it yourself or have friends help you just pay someone to do it.

You can do a compression test, it may help you identify which cylinder (if any) may be the culprit...it wouldnt hurt and it's rather easy.

I have used Mobil 1 in every Nissan I have owned :

Nissan Altima - New to 165K miles sold - M1
Nissan Sentra - 77K to 170k miles sold - M1
Infiniti G20 - 52K miles to 112K miles sold - M1
Nissan 350Z - 24K miles to 130+ and still counting - M1.

So in all thats about 426,000 miles driven on M1 in Texas summers of 100+ temps. I have no issues with thier oil.
