Anyone had to replace the battery in their '08 350Z yet?
Well, 2007 here, but I had to replace mine. Additional electronics got the best of it.
If you are ever thinking of replacing, Optima Red Top is the absolute best IMO on overall performance and power as well as weight savings.

And I should add, I have no additional electronics that would add load to the battery. No audio equipment, no head units or navs, no aftermarket lights or anything like that. I figure if I could knock off 20 or so pounds just in the battery and not change driveability of the car at all I'm all for it.

When I bought my car used last year it cranked slow at times. Then after a week of sitting I had to put a charger on it to get started. After that I went ahead and picked up a premium battery, so about 65k miles with the OEM. I didn't think that was bad since I seem to replace a motorcycle battery every year.
