I need:
3/8" bsp x 1/8" pt reducer bushing
To mount an oil temp sensor in the top of my aps oil pan where the second turbo oil return would've been.

And

3/8" pt x 1/8" pt reducer bushing
To mount a new water temp sensor in the extra bung of my pathfinder rear coolant pipe.

Thanks for any help. I've already googled it and searched locally.

Do you actually need BSP threaded adaptors? Or was that a typo? That would be kind of weird.
