Default 2003 Window Motor question

So my drivers side window motor, on my 2003, went out for the fourth time the other day. I called about 6 dealerships to get the part number/price for this unit.

My dilemma is that I am getting 2 different part numbers for my car. Half of the dealerships are giving me the factory part number, and half are giving me the newer revised part number. Both are saying I should go with this one or that one. Any advice on this and/or opinions?

Factory 80731-JL00A
Revised 80731-CD00A

I have been told I need to stick with the factory part number, and I have been told that there is a reason to go with the revised. The revised makes sense, but the factory one can be found on amazon for $155.

And this is why this will be my fourth window motor. Did that the past 3 times and each one lasted about a year. Theres a reason why the OEM lasted 8 years, then the local parts store ones lasted about a year.

Weird, they all have crapped on me within a year. Amazon has a OEM one for $150.

Decided to buy this, has a 10 year warranty, $100, and very good feedback rating.
