Dull bed spring sound
SO I just replaced the front left lower ball joint and the cranky bed spring sound is still there. I think it might be my shocks or shock absorbers, which will soon be replaced by KW variant-1's. Is there any other suspension parts that come to mind that would make that kind of noise? i have a pair of extra sway bar links for my hotchkis set-up. I guess I'll just start replacing everything
Before I got the wife her FRS, she had a Chevy Sonic LTZ. For a time, it sounded like the front end was going to literally fall the **** off or something. Probably the worst clunking noise ever. I checked everything, motor/trans mounts etc. Like a dummy, the only thing I didn't check were the sway bar end links. I poked around online and found out there was a recall on faulty end links. Brought her in and sound was gone after that.
Anyway..... I hope everything works out for you
and that sound goes the hell away.

So I noticed this noise after the jack slipped an inch and the left side of the car I have replaced the front left ball joint and the rear sway bar links and the sound is still there...This is a dull bed spring sound when going slow over uneven roads especially entering parking lots...wtf is wrong with my car!
