Default Abs, tcs, slip light problem

I removed my front wheels today to adjust my coilovers to lower my car more and after I put then back on and turned on the car the tcs abs and slip light are all on stay in I press the tcs button but the light stays on and non of the light were in before that what's going on?

It's normal. The trucks do that too. Just drive it around the block, light should go off.

You may have damaged a wheel speed sensor or wheel speed sensor wire.
