Help interpret these ECU codes (videos)
Part 1: Overheating Issue:
After 5 month winter storage my 350Z was overheating at idle and was throwing this code. The issue was air-lock in the radiator coolant fluid, due to prolonged storage and probably needed replacement. The fix was to drive the car around to get the fluids moving again. This also stopped this code from being thrown.
It appears to throw a P1214 or P1213 code, depending if you count the last blink or not. However, I cannot find any mention of these ECU codes on the net.
Part 2: Overheating Issue Fixed:
(Turn your volume down so my bad counting does not mess you up.)
After solving the overheating issue, I think there were no more ECU codes being thrown. I did not know for certain and tried to manual read a code away, and this is what happened.
It appears to throw a P1174 or P1173 code, if you try counting, but the timing of the blinks is not clear and much off from the very clear usual method shown in the first video. (Again, no mention of these ECU codes on the net.) There is also the issue of the lack of the null code P0000 being thrown, which should be thrown when there are no codes being thrown.
