Default Questions before purchase

6 days away from purchase of 05 convertible. Has problems with power top. Missing top strut(the one inside behind seat)on passenger side. (How much/where?). Also switch for top is not working properly. Has factory switch and toggle switch wired together. If possible, I need wiring diagram and price for switch. Also, car has 22 inch rims. Looks cool, but are there any concerns? I test drove and car rides smooth with no rubbing of tires. Thanks for any advise/help.
