Missing fuses from previous owner - Safe to use this diagram?
In my hunt for electrical gremlins and attempting to get power to my windshield sprayer pumps I've been looking over everything I have access to without tearing everything apart (I tried a new pump and no luck so I figure it has to be a power issue).
I was wondering if it's safe to fill in anything missing in my car using this diagram from the 2004 Quick Reference in my 04 Touring Roadster:
I'm also missing the VDC fuse in the engine bay box, what fuse am I looking for to fill that in? I see it's 50A but I'm not savvy on fuses and what types there are.
Update: I guess my car doesn't require a fuse for the VDC, as I tried putting in a 50A but there were no pins for it in the slot. I also found the windshield washer pump fuse in the 3rd hidden fusebox next to the battery and it was blown, so all problems solved!
